Q: I am a Mix Insider, how do I enter this contest?

A: If you are already a Mix Insider, you just need to LOGIN with your username and password and it will bring you right straight to the “Enter Contest” page.

Q: I am a Mix Insider, but I forgot my username and/or password. How do I get them back?

A: If you already signed up to become a Mix Insider before, but you forgot your password and/or username, go to the LOST PASSWORD link, type in your username or email address and process your request, and your credentials will be emailed back to you.

Q: I am not yet a Mix Insider, how do I enter this contest?

A: Not yet an insider? All you have to do is to REGISTER TO BECOME A MIX INSIDER. Then check your email for the verification email that will be sent you. Click on the verification link and log-in with your USERNAME and PASSWORD and it will bring you right straight to the “Enter Contest” page.

Q: Can I change my password to something of my own choosing?

A: Yes you can. First you need to login. Once you are logged-in, go to the bottom of the PROFILE page.  Then type in a new password and hit the “Save” button.
